There is a man who moved to tracebridge, he was a carpenter but wanted to bake bread, slow bread that was baked in a wood fired oven.

He learnt his craft and the bread got more consistent, but he discovered that a good bake needed a very hot oven that was cooling! Very hot ovens cook pizzas very quickly! a so a surprise friday night pizza's in the woods was born, and continues to this day.

The baker, Gordon, and I, the builder, worked together on his house, one thing led to another and the builder started to make a mobile oven to take the bakers pizzas to other parties!
